PEOPLE / TRAVEL / EVENTS / RESIDENCES

Executive protection and close protection planning shaped around the principal, their routines and the actual exposure. Clear preparation supports movement, continuity and informed decisions.

THE OBJECTIVEPRESENCE WITHOUT THEATRE

Protection should create confidence, not friction.

FORGED-CS begins with protective intelligence and a clear threat-and-vulnerability picture. The response is then scaled to the person, itinerary, residence, workplace or event.

We can define requirements, build the protective plan, coordinate movement and align vetted licensed providers where operational coverage requires them.

Every measure must have a reason, preserve discretion and adapt when the situation changes.
WHEN CLIENTS CALLPROFILE / MOVEMENT / CHANGE
01

Visibility has increased.

Leadership, public activity, disputes or online exposure have changed the client’s risk profile.

02

Travel or events create exposure.

Routes, venues, arrivals, accommodation and public interaction require coordinated planning.

03

Existing coverage lacks direction.

The client needs one standard, clear oversight and protection tied to actual risk.

SCOPE / DELIVERABLES / NEXT STEPS

Executive and close protection begin with the operating picture

Assess the principal’s exposure

A useful plan starts with a key-person risk profile: public visibility, unwanted attention, predictable routines, digital exposure and the settings in which the person lives and works. Protective intelligence and threat assessment help distinguish a credible concern from unverified information.

Plan the movement and the response

The agreed scope can cover workplace, residence, travel and event arrangements. Planning defines responsibilities, communications, access, escalation thresholds and contingencies. The goal is a proportionate plan that the principal, support staff and service providers can understand and use.

Coordinate delivery clearly

FORGED-CS provides advisory and physical-security planning, with licensed provider coordination where required. Any regulated operational protection is undertaken only through appropriately licensed delivery. The proposal identifies who performs each role, operating locations, service hours and what happens when a concern escalates.

Questions before you commission the work

What is the difference between executive protection and close protection?

Executive protection describes the wider program around a person’s safety and continuity, including intelligence, planning and coordination. Close protection usually refers to the protective presence near that person. The appropriate mix follows the assessment and operating circumstances.

Can the plan cover an event or business trip?

An engagement can be scoped around a defined event, journey or recurring routine. Share the destination, dates, principal’s requirements and known concerns so that local delivery, provider requirements and responsibilities can be confirmed.

Does planning include an on-demand emergency response?

Emergency response, response times and continuous coverage are not implied by a planning engagement. Operational availability and escalation arrangements must be specified in the written scope.
