Information collected
The enquiry form may collect your name, contact details, organization, region, selected enquiry type, priority, message, and the page from which the form was submitted. To show which outreach led to an enquiry, the site stores first-touch and last-touch campaign details in your browser: UTM values, fbclid, gclid, msclkid, referrer, landing page, and capture time. These details are included with the form if you submit it. The website and its hosting providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and security logs.
How it is used
Information is used to assess the nature and urgency of your enquiry, respond to you, understand which outreach led to an enquiry, determine whether Forged is an appropriate fit, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and operation of the website. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship.
Service providers
Enquiries are first stored by the website's hosting provider so a temporary email-delivery problem does not erase a submission. The website uses Resend to forward enquiry notifications to FORGED-CS by email, with a legacy relay available only as a fallback. After the website accepts an enquiry, the name, email address, page address, and page title are also sent to the published FORGED-CS HubSpot form for essential lead follow-up; this is not optional marketing tracking and does not subscribe you to marketing. If you allow optional analytics or marketing, the site may load the configured Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and LinkedIn Insight Tag. These optional providers may receive page, device, interaction, campaign, and network information under their own privacy terms. They remain blocked unless you consent. Providers may process information outside Canada under their own safeguards.
Consent and controls
Optional analytics and marketing are denied by default. “Reject optional” keeps them off. “Accept optional” enables both categories, and “Preferences” lets you choose each category separately. Your versioned choice is saved in your browser. You can reopen the controls at any time; withdrawing a previously enabled category reloads the page so that provider is not loaded again.
Retention and disclosure
FORGED-CS retains enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for response, recordkeeping, security, or legal purposes. Campaign attribution and your consent choice remain in your browser's local storage until you clear site data. Stored website enquiries and email-delivery records are subject to periodic review and deletion. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or to service providers supporting the website and communication process.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Forged, subject to applicable legal and professional obligations. You may reject optional tracking, change your browser-stored privacy choice, clear site data, or bypass the form and contact Forged directly by email.
