Information collected

The enquiry form may collect your name, contact details, organization, region, selected enquiry type, priority, message, and the page from which the form was submitted. To show which outreach led to an enquiry, the site stores first-touch and last-touch campaign details in your browser: UTM values, fbclid, gclid, msclkid, referrer, landing page, and capture time. These details are included with the form if you submit it. The website and its hosting providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and security logs.

How it is used

Information is used to assess the nature and urgency of your enquiry, respond to you, understand which outreach led to an enquiry, determine whether Forged-CS is an appropriate fit, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and operation of the website. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship.

Service providers

Enquiries are received by a first-party function on this website's hosting provider (Cloudflare) and stored in the Forged-CS client records system for follow-up. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is not automated. This is not optional marketing tracking and does not subscribe you to marketing. If you agree to be contacted by phone, including by an automated AI assistant, that consent, its wording and its time are recorded with your enquiry. If you allow optional analytics or marketing, the site may load the configured Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, PostHog product analytics (including session replay with form inputs masked), Microsoft Clarity, and Google Ads (conversion and call tracking, which can show a Google forwarding phone number to visitors who arrive from an ad). These optional providers may receive page, device, interaction, campaign, and network information under their own privacy terms. They remain blocked unless you consent. Providers may process information outside Canada under their own safeguards.

Consent and controls

Optional analytics and marketing are denied by default. “Decline” keeps them off. The Google Ads tag loads on every page in cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode): before you accept, or if you decline, it sets no ad cookies and sends only basic anonymous measurement. “Accept” enables analytics and marketing, including Google Ads cookies and full conversion measurement. Your versioned choice and the time you made it are saved in your browser. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer; declining after accepting clears those providers' cookies and reloads the page so they are not loaded again.

Retention and disclosure

Forged-CS retains enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for response, recordkeeping, security, or legal purposes. Campaign attribution and your consent choice remain in your browser's local storage until you clear site data. Enquiry records are subject to periodic review and deletion. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or to service providers supporting the website and communication process.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Forged-CS, subject to applicable legal and professional obligations. You may reject optional tracking, change your browser-stored privacy choice, clear site data, or bypass the form and contact Forged-CS directly by email.
