Service · Secure travel

Secure travel for executives, families and leadership teams.

Trip risk assessment, itinerary planning, close protection while travelling and secure transport, coordinated through vetted, licensed providers.

Secure travel, planned before the first flight

For principals, families and leadership teams, travel concentrates exposure: predictable arrivals, unfamiliar venues, shared itineraries and moments in public that are hard to control. Secure travel is the discipline of planning those moments before they happen. Forged-CS assesses the trip, designs the plan and coordinates the people and providers who deliver it, so the principal moves with confidence and minimal friction.

Forged-CS plans and coordinates. Close protection and secure transport are delivered through vetted, appropriately licensed providers, held to a written standard and overseen on the client's behalf.

Who secure travel is for

  • High-net-worth individuals and families travelling for business, leisure or events, where visibility or routine creates exposure.
  • Corporate travellers and leadership teams attending meetings, site visits, conferences or transactions in Canada and abroad.
  • Family offices and executive assistants who need one accountable plan rather than separate bookings and assumptions.

Trip risk assessment

Every engagement starts with a trip risk assessment: the principal's profile, the destination, the itinerary, the venues and accommodation, and what has changed recently. Government of Canada travel advice and advisories are a useful baseline; we add the person-specific picture, from public visibility and online exposure to known concerns, using protective intelligence and OSINT. For a broader review, see threat and risk assessment.

Itinerary and movement planning

Routes, timings, arrivals and departures, accommodation, venues, communications and contingencies are planned before the principal leaves. We reduce what can be predicted, decide who needs to know which details, and set clear escalation points if plans change. Itineraries and travel details are handled on a need-to-know basis.

Close protection while travelling

Close protection is one option inside a secure travel plan, selected after the assessment rather than assumed. When a protective presence is warranted, Forged-CS defines the role, hours and standard, then coordinates appropriately licensed close protection providers at the destination. See executive protection services for how we design protection around the principal.

Secure transport

Airport transfers, executive road movements and multi-stop days are specified around the itinerary and the risk: vetted drivers and vehicles from licensed providers, planned routes and alternates, and agreed procedures for delays or changes. Forged-CS sets the requirement and oversees delivery; it does not operate a vehicle fleet.

How an engagement works

  1. Assess the principal, destination, itinerary and current conditions.
  2. Plan movement, accommodation, communications and contingencies.
  3. Coordinate vetted, licensed providers for protection and transport where needed.
  4. Review the plan as the trip approaches and while it is under way.

Domestic and international travel

Forged-CS supports travel across Canada and abroad, with international reach by scoped engagement. Provider standards, information handling and oversight stay consistent wherever the itinerary goes.

Information protection on the road

Travel itineraries, hotel details and meeting schedules are valuable information in their own right. For the wider picture of who may be collecting it, read what counterintelligence is and why Canadian firms cannot ignore it.
