SERVICE / CORPORATE THREAT ASSESSMENTCANADA

Corporate threatassessment.

PEOPLE / EXPOSURE / RESPONSE

Threat assessment services for organizations facing a specific concern about people, unwanted attention or changing exposure. Establish what is known, identify what needs attention and plan proportionate action.

START WITH THE SITUATION

A current threat concern

For an active concern that is not an emergency, request a threat consultation and select Immediate priority. Share a brief, non-sensitive summary first. The enquiry form is not an emergency channel and does not guarantee an immediate response. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or local emergency services.

A planned assessment

For a leadership change, workplace concern or review of existing arrangements, scope a scheduled assessment. We agree the decision, locations, available information, deliverables and timing before work begins.

WHAT IT ISFACTS BEFORE ASSUMPTIONS

Understand the concern. Decide the response.

A corporate threat assessment examines a specific concern, the available evidence, who or what may be exposed and which protective actions are proportionate. It brings people, communications, access and operating context into one assessment.

FORGED-CS connects protective intelligence and OSINT with practical security planning. We distinguish verified findings from assumptions, identify information gaps and explain the limits of the assessment.

The objective is a usable decision and management plan. An assessment cannot predict every action or eliminate every risk.
WHEN CLIENTS CALLCONTEXT SHAPES THE SCOPE
01

Workplace threat assessment

Concerning communications, harassment, threats of workplace violence or a contested termination may require a focused review. We assess documented conduct and context with the client's responsible stakeholders.

02

Executive threat assessment services

Stalking, repeated unwanted attention or fixated behaviour toward a leader can change exposure at work, in public or during travel. Findings inform executive protection planning.

03

Insider and targeted threats

A concern involving access, relationships or sensitive business activity may need corporate investigation support. Information gathering and any specialist involvement are agreed within the engagement scope.

THREAT ASSESSMENT CONSULTINGFOUR STAGES / ONE DECISION RECORD

From intake to management planning.

01

Intake and information gathering

Clarify the concern, urgency, decision owners and available records. Agree lawful information sources, access and the questions the assessment must answer.

02

Threat and vulnerability analysis

Review relevant communications, incidents, access, routines and existing controls. Identify potential consequences and where evidence is missing or uncertain.

03

Contextual evaluation

Consider documented behaviour, changes over time and the wider operating picture. Establish where additional investigative, legal or clinical expertise is needed; do not substitute assumptions for specialist assessment.

04

Mitigation and management planning

Prioritize practical actions, assign responsibilities and define escalation thresholds and review points. Connect recommendations to the client's available resources.

WHAT YOU RECEIVEAGREED IN THE WRITTEN SCOPE

Findings that support accountable action.

01

Threat matrix and risk register

A structured record of concerns, affected people or assets, supporting evidence, confidence, vulnerabilities and priorities.

02

Escalation protocols

Defined indicators, decision owners and communication steps for changes that require reassessment or additional support.

03

Stakeholder briefing

A decision-focused explanation of findings, limitations and responsibilities for the relevant leadership, security and workplace stakeholders.

04

Phased mitigation roadmap

Immediate priorities, scheduled improvements and review points. Ongoing monitoring and implementation support are separately scoped where required.

Choose the assessment that fits the decision

People and specific concerns

Corporate threat assessment focuses on a concern involving people, conduct and exposure. A security risk assessment and site survey examines the wider facility, access controls, operations and safeguards. They can complement each other without treating a building survey as a complete assessment of a person's behaviour.

Before commissioning an assessment

What information should we provide first?

Begin with your organization, location, decision deadline and a short description of the concern. Do not send sensitive case records through the initial form. We agree the information-handling process and required records during scoping.

Is this a psychological diagnosis or a prediction of violence?

No. Security consulting evaluates available evidence and protective options. Clinical assessment, legal advice and law-enforcement decisions require the appropriate specialists. No single characteristic or isolated observation establishes that someone will act violently.

How do you determine fees and timing?

The proposal defines the number of concerns or locations, information review, interviews, specialist inputs and deliverables. Timing depends on access and complexity. Confirm availability directly; the initial enquiry does not establish an emergency response service.

Can a site assessment be arranged in Toronto or Vancouver?

Yes. FORGED-CS provides Toronto security risk assessments and Vancouver security risk assessments. For a specific threat concern, confirm the required approach, specialist needs and delivery arrangements during scoping.
