SITE SECURITY SURVEYS / RISK ARCHITECTURE

Security risk assessments for corporate facilities, executive exposure and organizational decisions. Understand credible threats, test current controls and set a practical order of work.

WHAT IT ISASSESS BEFORE YOU BUY

A security survey should explain what matters next.

FORGED-CS reviews the site, operating environment, people, routines, information and technology that shape exposure. We test how current controls perform against credible threats—not against a generic checklist.

The assessment can support a new site, an existing security program, vendor procurement, executive concerns, insurance requirements or a significant change in operations.

The result is a defensible order of work: what to correct now, what to monitor and what does not justify additional cost.
WHEN CLIENTS CALLTHREAT / VULNERABILITY / CONTROL
01

A site has changed.

New operations, public attention, incidents, staffing or nearby activity have changed the risk picture.

02

Security spend is unclear.

Guards, cameras, access control or monitoring are being considered without a client-owned standard.

03

Existing controls need proof.

Leadership needs to know whether the current program actually reduces the risks it was designed to address.

WHAT WE ASSESSPHYSICAL / DIGITAL / OPERATIONAL

A complete view of the security environment.

01

Threat and operating context

Credible threat actors, incidents, visibility, surrounding conditions and foreseeable change.

02

Site and access vulnerabilities

Perimeter, entry, circulation, lighting, surveillance, key assets and response constraints.

03

People, process and technology

Roles, routines, reporting, escalation, vendors, systems and gaps between them.

04

Prioritized recommendations

Immediate actions, staged improvements, ownership, evaluation criteria and residual risk.

SCOPE / DELIVERABLES / NEXT STEPS

Security assessment for decisions that carry responsibility

Corporate facilities and site security planning

A site security assessment connects the physical environment with the way people work. Scope may include entrances, visitor access, sensitive areas, working alone, incident reporting and response constraints. The purpose is to identify control gaps before choosing guards, cameras or new equipment. AI camera setup and monitoring can then be designed around the assessed need.

Threat assessment and executive risk

An incident, unwanted attention or a change in leadership visibility may require a focused corporate threat assessment. We distinguish evidence from assumptions, consider exposure at work, at home or during travel, and identify proportionate next steps. Protective intelligence supplies context; executive protection planning translates it into practical arrangements.

Security advisory for board confidence

Leadership needs to understand what is known, what remains uncertain and which decisions cannot wait. An executive briefing can connect security findings to business priorities, assigned responsibilities and the consequences of accepting residual risk. It supports informed governance rather than promising that every risk can be eliminated.

What your assessment can deliver

The written scope defines the outputs: an exposure map; a risk register separating facts and assumptions; prioritized findings; immediate, short-term and longer-term recommendations; and an executive briefing with an action roadmap. Review points and accountable owners help turn a one-time assessment into ongoing security risk management.

Questions before you commission the work

How is a security risk assessment different from a site survey?

A site survey examines conditions at a location. A security risk assessment also considers threats, people, information, operating routines and the effectiveness of existing controls. The engagement may combine both, depending on the decision you need to make.

What should we share before an assessment?

Start with the site type, location, decision deadline and a short description of the concern. We then agree what existing plans, incident records, stakeholder interviews or site access are needed. Use the initial enquiry to establish scope before sending sensitive records.

How are timing, price and on-site coverage agreed?

The proposal confirms locations, remote and on-site work, deliverables, specialist involvement and fees. Timing depends on access, the number of sites and the depth of review. Confirm local delivery requirements during scoping.
