Service 01 / Physical Security Advisory

Physical Security & Patrol Program Architecture.

For locations where risk needs structure, standards, and control. Forged designs the tactical blueprint, vets qualified vendors, and procures licensed Tier-1 tiered operational partners to execute field activity under defined quality standards.

What This Service Does
Designs the security program before anyone is placed on site.

Forged does not operate as a guard company. We act as the strategic architect and contract oversight lead for physical security and patrol programs.

We assess the site, define the tactical blueprint, vet qualified vendors, and procure licensed Tier-1 tiered operational partners where regulated field activity is required.

The goal is not another generic guard quote. The goal is a defensible program with clear posts, patrol routes, escalation standards, reporting expectations, and client-side oversight.

Contract Oversight
The tactical blueprint stays under client-side control.

Forged owns the advisory picture: what the location is, how people move through it, where exposure exists, and what type of licensed partner support is required.

When guards, patrols, alarm response, or other regulated services are required, field personnel are supplied by vetted provincially licensed Tier-1 tiered operational partners. Forged manages the standard, scope, and reporting.
